This waypoint is located by the lift shaft, next to the bridge leading from the London Aquatics Centre towards the London Stadium.

It gives an excellent view of the Waterworks River which runs west to east, and eventually joins with the Thames at Blackwall. From spring until autumn you can see tour boats on the river, as well as the swan-shaped pedalos from the nearby dock. However, there are no residential moorings on this part of the river, as the tidal waters and high concrete walls would make it difficult to get between boats and the land.

The London Aquatics Centre nearby is one of the legacies of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The public can now swim and dive in the same pools as the medal winners! The former training pool is also great for children and families.

To find the next waypoint, walk across the bridge towards the London Stadium until you reach the fountains, and then turn around and look back.
