About the Audio Trail Take me here now

Where to start

The Bow Back Rivers audio trail is a new way to enjoy Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. The trail was developed to celebrate the restoration of the unique double radial gate lock at Carpenters Road in 2017, and introduces you to five of the rivers that run through or next to the park.

All you need to enjoy the walk is a phone, some earphones, and shoes that are suitable for walking.

There is free wifi in the Park. Once you have registered your device on the wifi network, you will be able to get all the content without using your personal data allowance. Look for the wifi network called 'Free Park Wifi' and connect, then follow the instructions to register.

The route starts at outside the London Aquatics Centre by the small lift next to the bridge heading towards the London Stadium.

The route is a mile long, so should take about 90 minutes of gentle strolling or 45 minutes of brisk striding. You will finish in Mandeville Place, a 10 minute walk from Westfield. You can download a map of the route at the bottom of this page.

There are several elements you can follow - click here to find out more.
